My name is Russell Bly. I started my home-business career in 1998 when I joined a start-up Internet company by mistake! Yep. I had no idea I was joining some hokey home-business. But within a year, I left my solid job as an Engineer with the University of South Florida.
In 1998, I entered the Internet marketing arena, and learned quickly that the Internet is infinitely different from other types of business I studied while perusing my Masters in Engineering Management degree -- I literally had to unlearn most of the things I already knew -- and I was forced to become a student again in order to succeed in a business built specifically for the Web.

From 1998 to 2002, I voraciously pursued the craft of building a successful business. This was an exciting time. The Internet was new and not in most people's homes yet. You could send someone an e-mail at work about starting a home-based business, and folks lined up to learn more. I was busting out a huge business, but in 2002, everything changed. The Dot.Com I worked so hard to build, turned into a Dot.Bomb! The company went public, then was taken over and systematically dismantled.
At the end of 2002, I was still convinced that the Internet was where I wanted to be. My home-business education was finally complete because I possessed hands-on experience in a wide spectrum of business-related disciplines, including scientific marketing, ad tracking and testing, writing effective online marketing communications, etc.
As a result, I had come to know exactly what works and what doesn't work on the Internet -- and had personally developed my own unique model of building a web business that has been proven to sell on the Internet.
In October 2002, I started working with a NYSE powerhouse company. I were doing home and hotel meetings and raking in the cash. I was earning well over $300 per hour -- and even at that rate, I still felt uneasy.. Before long, I realized I had became one of the most sought-after trainers and recruiting specialists in the company.
I don't tell you this to brag, but to lead up to the fact that web business changes. By 2009, the direct marketing Web Site (i.e., those that have a product or service to sell) that once depended on powerful web copy for their very survival, now needed more. eMail Marketing got killed off by SPAM. Pay Per Click (PPC) prices were driven into the stratosphere by desperate opportunity seekers looking spend (much more than) a few bucks and collect the (non-existent) winnings in their sleep.
Once having a product that nobody else had (non Me Too!), now meant that you had a product nobody else wanted. Once commanding a high price for a product because there was a compensation plan attached, now meant certain death when trying to sell to an informed Internet Connected customer.

As far as marketing goes, those once beloved e-mails introducing potential customers to my business were now known as unwelcome as a rat in the kitchen. And with gas approaching several dollars a gallon, getting someone to drive to a home or hotel meeting was harder than listening to punk rock! I watched as my business slowly faded into oblivion!
Are Your Nutritional Supplements Eating A Hole In Your Brain?
To make matters worse, this was the worse physical period in my life! Four major hospitalizations with life-threatening illnesses left near death's door several times. Sure, I was taking vitamins. It does not, however, apply to process or product-related impurities (e.g., degradation products, leachates, residual solvents) or extraneous contaminants. Basically, just the chemicals or compounds added to a supplement for convenience!"
